Ordered ahead and showed up to pick up. Waited ten minutes before being asked about the order, and the girl told us to go wait in line with the email because they didn’t have it printed up. Had to go in the back of a long line and wait for the order that we paid ahead of time for to be ready, and it wasn’t. Terrible service, no concern on the having to wait over 25 minutes to get pre ordered food that should have been ready for pickup
