Food is not bad, but the staff don't really know how to speak English well as of three visits. Last time I didn't receive my proper bowl with the tortilla shell, I left feedback and got a coupon code. I still left positive feedback because I was happy with food, but when I tried to redeem the code in store as coupon code says, the staff don't know how to use their system. She wouldn't give it to me for free as coupon says because she didn't know how to use the system and I left without my free entree. Negative visit
My family and I are from out of town and we really wanted to try Qdoba again, but the moment we stood in line I knew we should have just left. The lady behind the counter was absolutely RUDE! She had NO customer service whatsoever! Everytime we would ask for something, she would just stand there with an ugly look on her face. I don't know if she didn't like black folks or what. Order wasn't ready when I arrived even though I was almost ten minutes late from the expected done time. Which would have been a bummer but i guess it was OK since she made a fresh one but wow did she skimp on ingredients. The bowl was barely half full. My first time here for years. This was my first experience coming here. I usually go to Chipotle. I've been told for a very long time that this place was better so I decided to give it a try. Me and my husband first off the food was okay but the service was horrible.
