My experience at qdoba was terrible. The customer service was awful, especially from a short woman who, besides not speaking English, treated me dismissively and acted like she didn't want to be there. This isn't the first time I've had issues there, and unfortunately, the food was raw— the chicken wasn't cooked properly! I definitely don't recommend it."
I had a terrible experience at this QDOBA Mexican Eats location. The food was simply unacceptable—my beans, rice, and steak burrito were served cold, which is inexcusable. The place was clearly understaffed, with only three employees and a manager trying to handle a rush of in-store and delivery orders. As a result, everything felt chaotic and neglected. Go to Chipotle lol. Ordered online, waited till I got the notification my order is ready and drove 20 mins to get here just to wait another 40 minutes 🤨 staff don’t know what they’re doing and no coordination hence the wait time to get my food. Slow and discourteous service. I ordered online and still had to wait 35 minutes past the due time, with no acknowledgement from the staff either. This has happened more than once.
