My food wasn’t hot at all…. Not to be weird but I put my finger into the bowl I got and wasn’t warm at all… cheese not melted, and the I did the same with the tacos and not hot or warm what so ever and as someone who is food safety certified that is a big concern and Iv learned some one who also ordered from here got sick for two days last week…
The breakfast options are simply perfect. The lunch/dinner quesadillas are a bit skimpy on the meat portions. Food quality, customer service, and cleanliness are wonderful.
This was my first time inside any Qdoba. It was a great experience but I didn’t expect my my crunchy taco to be broken inside the bag. He could have doubled the hard/crunchy taco. It was delicious but it was cracked. The sour cream is also too watery. The cream should be thicker.
Had a terrible service experience here and will not be returning. I placed an online order and my partner went to pick it up. I put in the name "Kelsea" (my partner's name) for the order, but for whatever reason the order populated under my name. The staff was completely unhelpful in trying to locate the order, even after being shown the confirmation email. They told her there was "nothing they could do" and acted like she was trying to steal the food. They did not offer to look it up under a different name, the phone number... read more
