Pretty disappointed in my experience today. I do think it is this location. I placed an online order was there within a few minutes. Felt like portions were small, as well as not following instructions. They failed to put silverware in the bag. No greeting, most employees on their phones, was interrogated after grabbing my bag of food for a confirmation very rudely. Received an email about $6 nachos. They said it wasn’t and that it was supposed to be some veterans thing that the email never mentioned.
We only just started going in the last few months. My husband didn't know it was down here in Texas. I love the food, atmosphere and service. I do wish there was a ranch option when I want a salad. But I love the freshness of everything each time we go. I think this was our 5th time going. We've been to both locations. Neither one disappoints.
Placed an online order. Big mistake due to beverages and food items missing from the order. Staff were too busy on their phones to greet or talk to customers. The restaurant was empty but the parking lot was packed for other businesses. The food wasn't something that I'd say I was missing out on. Overall, the menu is a healthy one. Just not a great first impression.
