I have gone to this Qdoba for years, and I have never had experiences like I have had the last few times I have been in there. I went in and ordered my usual and one of the servers, Alyssa, was EXTREMLY rude to the point where I now feel uncomfortable going there. I witnessed another server Myah serving me, and Alyssa just rudely snatched the cup out of her hand. Alyssa does not treat her fellow employees OR customers well or with any respect at all. It is against Jeffco's Department of Public Health regulations to allow delivery drivers to prepare drinks for customers. It is also against most delivery app's terms of service to allow drivers to prepare any part of a customer's order. Doordash for example expressly forbids this practice. Anyone preparing food or drinks must be an employee of the establishment and gone through food safety training, like hand washing. If it is witnessed again a report will be filed with the health inspector.
