I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived smelling strongly like cigarette smoke, to the point where it was completely unsafe to eat. I have a 6 year old child, and there was no way I could serve that food to her. I contacted support immediately and have not received any proper resolution or refund, which is very concerning considering this is a clear food safety issue. When I asked to go light on the ingredients for the burrito because it was for a child, it felt as if I inconvenienced the associate. The location was messy. Trash overflowing and beans and cheese all over cover. Tables dirty. Not a location I would recommend.
