Feb 14, 2025 Ordered 2 bowls today and did NOT come as ordered. Both bowls disappointing and most of the rice not edible. It was the crusty part that's in the pot, after it sits in there for a long time. So hard and not able to chew it. First one was with the ground beef plus plenty of veggies as ordered, however the salsa was missing and the cheese queso both as toppings; thankfully this order was for my mom and she was OK with it, despite the hardness of the rice. Ordered for the first time today online. My order was done when I got there but when I checked it over in the car, my medium guacamole was missing. I went back in and told them. She was very kind and apologized and upgraded my medium guacamole to a large which was very kind. But when I started eating my chips, they were completely stale and overly salted. So disappointed. The burrito was good.
0/10 wouldn’t recommend! Went inside stood there 5mins as a man made an online order didn’t act knowledge me at all. As a woman stands next to him look at me then proceeds to go to the back. So stood another 5 and still nothing so I left and as of right now I’m still hungry ..
