I seriously can't say enough great things about Jessie and David at QDOBA. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the friendliest smiles and positive energy that instantly makes my day better. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect—not just the food (which is always awesome), but the whole experience. Very impressed with the friendliness and customer service.
Great service from the line staff: David and Justin. David is ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! His other wonderful partner on the service line is Justin. Helen also seems to a great Manager by keeping the seating area clean in addition to moving the customers through the line quickly and efficiently while giving them what they want - habanero lime steak!!! 🤤
At 3:30pm today I have no idea who the manager lady is but she was yelling at the staff in front of guests and really letting them have it. Talking about firing everyone and how bad they are etc. food was great and they were friendly to me… she should probably learn time and place for “coaching”
