Come here instead of Chipotle. Chipotle has been raising prices and giving you way less meat. Here you still get guac/queso for no extra charge, and they arent just giving you a burrito full of rice
I’ve been a regular at the Woodinville location for a while now, but I will now be also coming to the Bellevue location solely due to the new general manager Rico. I met him at the Woodinville store and the service has been a complete 180 since he’s taken over Bellevue. He knows how to run a great store and keep customers coming back, would highly recommend coming in to this location for 10/10 service.
I had a very disappointing experience at QDOBA. The staff seemed uninterested in listening to my order, and multiple items were made incorrectly despite being clearly requested. When I tried to clarify, the employees came across as rude and dismissive rather than helpful. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately this location fell short on both. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving communication and professionalism.
Food was good but the lady working there was super rude, borderline racist and kept yelling to talk louder even though I was speaking loudly.
