Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced lady in the front yelling at the customer just because of her being “too busy “ even yelled at the customer through the phone” I will never be coming back

I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and waited about 20 minutes while the staff only prepared food for in-person customers and ignored pickup orders. When I politely asked about the order, the staff member was very rude and said she would make it only after finishing in-person orders.
