This was my first and last time I try QDOBA, I understand mistakes are made but food was mediocre at best, lukewarm it literally took 8 minutes to get home, also I ordered guacamole, Never got it, when entering, no other customers were there, not one person acknowledge me, as a person who is in customer service, I noticed those things right away, btw chipotle has never messed up my order ever, so I think I’ll stick to chipotle

I had mixed feelings about QDOBA Mexican Eats. The food was decent, though a couple of dishes were a little plain. Service was fine but the wait for a table was a bit long. It was just fine — I might come back sometime.

I have only had this place twice and online ordered both times. The first time my dish was ice cold and I was there within the time it said it would be done. The second time my bag was thrown side ways onto the pickup spot. There was a half ripped napkin in my bag. So careless and makes me wonder how they treat the food. There is hardly any rice in my bowl. The chips are the bottom of the bag crumbs. And there was some weird plastic or hair in my salsa. I will definitely be going back to chipotle. QDOBA Mexican Eats is a solid choice in Winona. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
