Very great service. Food is always good and hot.
Last month, my husband and I have ordered separately at different times on the same date. My bowl was made with wrong toppings and meat, and he got an entire entree that wasn’t even his. I now went back yesterday to use the free entree I was given for the mix up, not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line (inside looked even more packed), but there was no meat on my bowl, the beans were so wet to the point it drenched the bottom of the bowl/bag ruining my chips. They were short staffed so some of the supplies were low and they only had flavored coke. The peach coke was good though!
Went in for something quick to eat and had raw chicken in my food. Went back for a refund and saw them throwing away the chicken who knows how many more people ate raw chicken ridiculous.
