My husband and I went in to order 2 burritos bowls on 5/9/2026 about 330 we were advised we would have to wait 30 mins before they took our order due to some mobile orders he had to make. there was 1 customer inside and 2 cars in drive which they weren't even acknowledged and drove right thru. We were gunna wait and be patient as I know how it is to be short staffed as im a GM at 2 resturants Person up front said it was only him there and 1 person in back doing dishes. Good food. Nice staff working. We went for dinner on Cinco de Mayo so we had no issue with the wait time They actually had enough people working this time around I know before it's been short staffed. I like the kids who work here so nice.
I really have seen some growth at this location. They seem to have had a bad team in the past and I notice there working to try and be better. I almost always have a great experience when I come on so it sucks to see others don't. It's very convenient and good food. There service has improved. Keep doing what your doing Qdoba in Stevens point your getting better each visit.
It's Qdoba food, so it's pretty good. Staff here are friendly and hardworking. We've been here twice in the last month and enjoyed the food. Our only issue it how cold it is in the building. It's really cold. Had to keep my jacket and hat on and still was freezing. It's really uncomfortable.
2 visits now.....The place is very dirty, employees appear to be very unmotivated. Not sure if its lack of leadership or no leadership but employees move with no urgency at all, lots of standing around even with a line of people. Chatting with people in line there was a consensus that they don't care about the customer at all. This place needs new leadership and a clear path as to what's important. Oh and they need to learn to pride in cleanliness of a restaurant, not just the kitchen but Bathrooms too.
