What a wonderful experience! First time there and every one was so kind and helpful! The food was so delicious and the portions were amazing! Will be coming back again! Highly recommended!
Extremely disappointed. I have been a long time customer but for the last 6 months or so it’s been more and more frustrating. Today was the last straw. Rice that was harder than the counter it was served on and the $8 bowl of queso. Here is a picture. I said where’s the rest and I was told they are supposed to give three scoops. My response was that it says large on your menu, not three scoops. Boy did this not make the fast food engineer happy. She certainly went all Nissan Altima on me. This used to be my go to for semi-healthy fast food. Last few times I’ve come here during regular dinner or lunch hours, they were out of the most basic ingredients (lettuce, fajitas etc.) and place was dirty. Only reason I didn’t give only one star was because I made the best of what food they did have.
Had the steak bowl. It was delicious, I recommend the southwest sauce.
Love it first time there and I had to go back for dinner
