I really like QDOBA, but I can’t eat here. This place is not clean. The floors look like they have never been cleaned. There’s equipment out in the seating area. If this is what it looks like out front, what does it look like in the kitchen?

The place first of all is dirty. We walked in to a sticky floor, tables dirty, food on the floor. Would be something I could overlook if they were busy. Nope. All of the staff was in the dining area, on their phones, and chatting. The gentleman who served us never said a word to us. The station was a total mess. The lids by the beverage station were dirty. This location needs some attention ASAP!! No clean tables, garbage all over the floors, boxes piled up everywhere, bathrooms are disgusting, I am scared to see what the prep area for food looks like! employees standing around and going in and out of the building, on their phones. Employees need to also be trained to be polite & kind to paying customers.Main table right when you walk in looks like a break room for the staff. I lost my appetite while eating here & will never be back.

I walked into this restaurant for the first time today, July 1 2026. I thought I’d treat myself to some lunch. The place looked dirty, glass doors smudged, a bunch of cardboard boxes piled up in a corner where there were dining tables, food bar looked messy, one guest eating at a table and of course..about 3-4 employees standing in back laughing and not approaching me when I was reading the board.
