The delafield location staff just doesn’t seem to care. Lack of service, talking about inappropriate topics in front of customers, not paying attention and the food quality was poor. I will be going somewhere else moving forward. Really unfortunate, because we have always like Qdoba.
The food was SALTY (there are other spices in existence that can be used) small amount of avocado given, and the dining area was messy. There were boxes in the booths, some rolls of garbage bags on a table, and general mess, such as food and used napkins on tables or on the floor. It seems like it was nice when it was new and now no one cares. I wouldn't rate it so bad if our food was better and actually worth what we paid, but it definitely wasn't. 😐
I’ve never left a bad review in my life. However, this location is absolutely disgusting and so unhygienic. Not only that they are RUDE and denied my dear friend a burrito and said “nah i ain’t doing all that.” They have food sitting out all over including on the floor and keep vegetables in the corner on the ground. I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been flagged by the FDA yet—the cleanliness and food handling were really concerning.
I see there are recent reviews indicating the same experience as mine, I'm sorry to say that issues have not improved. Kids work here who could not care less, on their phones. No one else in the store as I stood there. One kid honestly struggled to put his phone down but finally threw gloves on and asked what I wanted in the most disinterested voice.
