Very disappointed and will not return- do not like new menu. Added adobo chicken to my dish - absolutely disgusting- the chicken pieces either had globs of fat and or chunks of gristle. The bowl was rather dry and tortilla chips were old - not fresh.Server at the counter needs to be able to speak English so they can communicate properly with customers. Hard to find a table that was clean.
Super irritating that they don't understand English . Had to point out and repeat everything I wanted. Finally got my burrito only to have the salsa frozen inside it.
Very disappointing experience at Qdoba. The restaurant was out of both chips and steak, which are pretty basic menu items. The dining area and tables were noticeably dirty, and the employees seemed disengaged and inattentive to customers. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unavailable menu items made for a frustrating visit. Definitely room for improvement in both operations and customer experience.
Whoever was working the night shift tonight 29SEPT, 10/10 no notes. This is the most stuffed bowl I have ever had. Finally a Qdoba purchase that felt worth the money. Keep up the good fight.
Management and service were excellent!
