The chicken was grisly and not hot. The service was poor and the entire place was a mess. The area for food prep was covered with dropped toppings, the trash was overflowing and the tables hadn’t been wiped down.
Service & atmosphere: awful. Walked in and there were employees sitting on their phones. Then they were too busy talking about their after work plans to the point where my girlfriend and I questioned if they were even open before they finally asked us what we wanted to eat. The food was good. It was consistent to other locations. The service was quite slow especially with the place being empty.
We ordered 2 bowls, queso, and guacamole for takeout. We got home a d realized one of the bowls was missing. We called and asked for a refund for the missing bowl, because we don't live close enough for it to be worth it to go back and pickup the bowl once they made it. They said no to a refund.
