Went here to get some dinner for me and my partner. The staff seemed a bit discombobulated but were very friendly and helpful. Got my free chips and queso for my birthday because the girl saw it on the computer on my rewards and made sure i got it! Very tasty as always, cant go wrong with qdoba, i got a bowl with white rice, pintos, carnitas, veg, queso, lettuce, habanero and corn salsa, guac, pickled onion and cilantro. Great food and excellent service every time. Karen was especially helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. She does an amazing job and really makes customers feel welcome. 5 stars!
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and the rapid decline of this Qdoba should be documented and studied. The turnover must be insane because every time I’m in there it’s a new worker with the same forced labor attitude and just throw things together. My biggest complaint truly is if I’m gonna pay for double chicken, give me some DOUBLE chicken. Like why? They act like they’re paying for and butchering these chickens in the back. I’ll start heading to Chipotle now
