Came in and was greeted as I walked through the door. A gentlemen in a black shirt was the first to greet and help me. He guided me through the process as it's been years since I last came to this store. I had a bad experience in the past at this location, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted walking in this time. I ordered a take out order here yesterday. I have never been to this qdoba before ever. I walked up to the door and it said “online orders only” so since I put in an online order I tried opening the door and it was locked. I was confused as the other doors are under another business name so I tried calling. The young man who answered was incredibly rude. It took 30 minutes from the moment we walked in the door till when we left, with only 3 people in front of us!!! They had to lock the door to prevent more people coming in because the guy serving was so lethargic, he moved like molasses, cold molasses that is! They did not have any fajitas ready and the tension in the place was palpable, not only for us in the queue but those waiting for pickup, and the one poor guy that was trying to get out the phone orders.
