The food is good the portions could be a little better more for the price but other than that the food is sooooo much better than that other food spot ( Chipotle )
I asked ahead if this store took app rewards they said yes and then right before paying they denied it assuming I would have forgotten. Don't go here.
The supervisor took food out of my own bowl by accident for the person behind me, and when I kindly asked to have the original amount of food back, she told me, "No one gets anything free." and refused to do so unless I was charged double. On top of this, she acknowledged what she did as she made eye contact with me to see my reaction as she cross-contaminated the food, making it an unsafe eating environment for other customers. I would not give this place another dime of my money.
Really like Qdoba, but I just expect better than getting 1.5 scoops of chicken when I pay for extra meat and 3 pieces of green pepper when I ask for fajita veggies. Not disappointed with the food, just disappointed with the service and proportions when compared to my home Qdoba.
