Customers service was a 2/10 ( no greeting upon arrival, wasn’t welcoming at all ). Was out of product and wasn’t welling to restock it. Missed items and when I tried to mention it to employees, they had a nonchalant attitude and walked away to avoid helping. Once I requested for a manager and spoke to her about my concerns, she was just as worse ( didn’t speak, no eye contact, was nonchalant and really didn’t care ). DO BETTER AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS🫶🏾
DoorDash order was received in a disheveled state, containers had opened spilling contents. Most of the order was incorrect, missing a Steak Fajita Quesadilla and both Chocolate Brownie; the chip bags provided for the Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos were half the size of what they are ordering at the location, which I didn't understand why I should receive less than in person (was there a discount applied)? Excellent service!!! Crews are working hard
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a salad bowl that was very heavy. I ordered through the app that closing time and it was obvious whoever made my salad hooked it up. I have never visited this location but I will be sure to visit again very soon.
