I love Qdoba, but this particular restaurant is not up to par. Very messy behind the counter and employees are not very pleasant. I think because they are rushing to get food cooked and out. Our adoba chicken tasted like we were eating charcoal bits.
I was robbed for almost $5. I was pretty disappointed when I went to this establishment and used a free entree card just to be charged for rice and beans. I’ve been to several Qdoba’s and never once have I had to come out of pocket using a Free entree card especially for beans or rice. I also know rice and beans is no where near $5.And it’s not like I could check to see what I even paid for because there was no receipt in the bag. Second time in a row that they forgot to give me my queso with my chips. Probably won’t order here again.
I want to start out by saying that I've always gotten Qdoba for a very long time and oh boy, did my experience just now ruin this location and potentially the company as a whole. to the young man Chance that works here you need to reach out to upper management soon because the way your manager was treating you on my visit today is she would be fired on all accounts. to the young woman that was the manager not wearing a nametag at the front today i suggest you treat your coworkers better while in the presence of costumers. an... read more
