We visited the QDOBA in Westland for the first time on the evening of August 4, 2026. I want to start by saying that the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The best part of the meal was the Coke Zero. QDOBA promotes its use of fresh ingredients, but based on our experience, nothing about our meal tasted or looked fresh. Lady was very rude. Asked for more meat even though I was willing to pay and gave attitude stating "she already added enough". Not that serious of a situation for the attitude.
