a great qdoba
Terrible experience. They forgot my queso when I placed my order, so I went back in and politely asked for it. The woman at the counter was rude right off the bat and flat-out refused to make it. Instead of fixing their mistake, I got attitude and was even scolded like it was my fault. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Won’t be coming back.
I went to this Qdoba around 9:20pm on 9/10/2025. The young man at the front was beyond caring. Customer service was top tier. Even though they were out of a lot his customer service made everything okay. Great job. Will be back to this location because of that.
