Everytime I’ve purchased food at this location, there is a man with a beard sitting on the floor playing on his phone and he always ignores me until someone from the back comes and takes my order. Whenever I’m served the workers only use one glove and I never see them changing it. I often hear the man with the beard cursing or making homophobic remarks to his coworkers or other customers. Portions here are SMALL, I’ve only been served well by the Hispanic with the long hair. I don’t plan on returning soon.
I come to this location regularly, and it’s always a solid option when I’m around JFK. The prices are a little on the higher side depending on what you order, but considering the airport location, they’re not unreasonable. The portion sizes are generous, and I like that there are plenty of fresh and healthier options available.
