To be honest, I’m not sure what has happened to this location but it has completely gone downhill. Every time I come here they’re always out of ingredients. Tonight however was an entirely unsettling visit and I will never return here again. My family and I went in at 9pm (Google maps say they close at 10pm). They had already closed up everything, claimed they were out of a lot but really just didn’t want to serve us and have to clean all over again. All because the manager wanted to leave early. The food tastes so bad you can see the salt, and the white rice is not well done.
Fantastic establishment. Ben took my order and described the flavor profile of the ingredients perfectly! I love my bowl and nick the manager on shift made sure to greet us and assure us if there was anything he could help with we could just ask.
When walking into the establishment I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and how friendly all the staff are. In particular the team member “Nick” did a great job in explaining all the options they had to offer and at the end of my experience I was set up on the qdoba app to start getting points for future orders. Highly recommend this location for their cleanliness and hospitality.
