I placed an online order for pickup. Drove to the location and called them to let them know I was there. When my call was picked up, I gave my name and said why I was calling. The person who answered the phone, Shelly, promptly told me "it's not ready." And hung up on me! I waited another 5 minutes and then I see her stomping angrily out the door and proceeds to shove my food in the car before glaring at me before heading inside. I get home only to find that my order was wrong as well.
Employee was disheveled and rude. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers.
