Friendly service
Sad to give a low review of my favorite fast food place. However, this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been unimpressed with the service at this location. Tonight when I was waiting in line I saw a worker drop a food tin on the floor the proceed to use it to put fresh food in the tin and on the line. Next, an employee dumped the bag of queso directly in a tin and it did not seem fully cooked. Why order ahead if they are going to make everybody in the line food before they start any online orders. Might as well get in line even if you ordered in advance so you can say "is it my turn yet" I won't mention all the trash on the floor. You have to accept less orders or your inspectors will have you take 0
Outside of the wait, which I understand everyone is short staffed today, we received our food and it was extremely cold. It also had many items missing on the nacho plates with very little pork. The chips were stale and over salted. I am not a complainer but this was disappointing to say the least. We love Qdoba but this was the worst it has ever been and it was a new location for us.
