The West Main location is way out of my way, but I drive there instead of going to the Gull Road location. The staff at the WM location are fun, friendly, presentable and polite! I actually enjoy going there. Gull Road is the total opposite. They are rude, slow, annoyed that they have to serve you and they are very stingy with the food. Keep up the good work WM!!!
Been to this location a handful of times and always leave angry and disappointed. Very poor service and employee attitudes as well as sub par food. Seems like every time their chicken is burnt. It is really worth the extra time and distance to go to the qdoba on westnedge for better quality and experience
The restaurant needs to be renovated, the lines our long as it is a popular place & it is not set up to accommadte the lines & the seating area , seems cold & needs comforable
