Fresh fast service! I’ll definitely be back
Absolutely atrocious. I waited an hour to make my bowl, and there was only 11 people in front of me. The two workers were yapping with their coworkers and one even had headphones on to call someone. They didnt even try to hustle as they saw 5 people waiting on mobile orders and a line snaking around the restaurant. The ingredients in my bowl are stale as well.
Came ten minutes after my estimated time for my mobile order. Was told it would be another hour. The app has no indicator to tell me when to comeback back. It’s not reasonable to ask me to wait or guess when my food would be done. It was two burritos. If you’re so busy you are not able to fill orders you need to deny them. Not take my money and tell me to wait an egregious time.
