Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived around 10:40am; the posted opening time is 10:30. The front door was locked, and only the side door was open. Employees saw me trying to get in the front and didn't unlock it, I waited a few minutes before going around to the side entrance. Once inside, half the food bar wasn't prepared. I ordered a burrito, but when it came to toppings, the grilled onions and veggies weren't ready. I was told the cook was too busy with other things to make them. Nobody working knows how to take a partial amount off of a gift card and charged me the whole thing instead to my debit. She said I could do a partial transaction on my debit card and the rest on the gift card and instead ot charged the ENTIRE thing to my debit card. She said the manager is only in the stores during the day and I would have to talk to her to get it figured out. Managers do better. Train your people better. This is ridiculous!
