I really enjoy qdoba! But this one location (that I go to alot ) has an male employee that always seems to be in a very bad mood. As soon as we walk in, he begins to throw things and huff and puff one time. I tried to ask how his day is going to lighten the mood and he said that he can’t wait to go home and drink. Everything is very dirty.
Worst Qdoba I’ve been to, went on 27 February 2025 at around 8:30 pm and the employee was rude, complained about customers coming in and not getting a break and the food was not fresh. Avoid this location!!!!

Wednesday February 5th 5:00 p.m. two incredible customer service oriented young men assisted us, they were awesome. I don't know if that comes naturally or management taught them but I taught customer service for 15 years and these guys were great. Food was very fresh, very well presented and as usual tasted wonderful. Not all Qdobas are the same and this one in Shelbyville Road Plaza is definitely a cut above and to many of our establishments in this area.
