I would like this place better if it where priced a little better.
Crappy customer service crappy food crappy attitudes crappy atmosphere because of that ! Worst experience ever never going back and I’m telling everyone! First off I understand people have bad days, but what happened today was completely unacceptable no employees wear name tags so a heavy set black women was rude and very unprofessional and also disrespectful . We had asked for double scoop and she gave a half of a single scoop and still changed for a double scoop. The rice was severely under cooked, as well she had no hair net on with her hat to the side .
Service is terrible, the employees don’t wear name tags but the heavy set black women behind the counter said “what do you want” Gave extremely small portions, asked for double and got 1 scoop and still charged me for it, huffing and puffing when I simply asked for a chips and queso, this store is always filthy, nothing is ever stocked. Always have to ask for napkins and forks. I get it to have a bad day but it’s every time I’m in here she is like this.
Placed an online take out order at 5.20pm. Walked in store at 6.30pm, not even started cooking it. Eventually got it at 7pm - beef still very pink inside. Very understaffed for a busy Saturday night.
