I visited this Qdoba for dinner and was the only customer standing in line inside the restaurant. Despite that, employees continued preparing multiple online orders while completely ignoring me. I stood there for several minutes without even being acknowledged or greeted. I understand that online ordering has become more common since COVID, but in-person customers should not be treated as if they don’t exist. Whomever the older lady that was working on 3 march, definitely needs some retraining. He coworkers offered to help her multiple times, and she rudely told them no, going as far as blocking off one of them from the counter.
We came in to see if we could order a catering order in short notice; they got it done in 15 Minutes! All with a smile on their face and a pleasant attitude, I visited on 2/3 at around 11:00am and was so impressed with their service. Thanks guys!
