LITERALLY WAITED 3 HOURS FOR COLD NACHOS. COLD.
Greedy establishment they’re clearly trained to take walk in orders rather than fulfill paid pickups, if they already have your money you will be waiting 45 minutes
They put a bunch of random orders on the wall with no type of order, picking orders at random. I understand free burrito day but it’s a little ridiculous to keep taking walk in orders rather than completing orders for already paid customers who are standing there (10+) with no one in line. The cute little customer service voice ain’t cute either. Can’t complete a refund . They definitely just gave up at that point.
Bad staff that ignores pickup orders go ahead do yourself a favor and go in the walk line I’m sure they will pay attention to you then since they want your money
