Olivia is the sweetest and friendliest person I’ve met in a long time. I love her! Give her a raise please.
My biggest concern was food safety and cleanliness. The food did not look fresh and appeared as though it had been reheated multiple times. Several items, including the onions and salsa, did not appear fresh. The salsa was bubbly, which made me concerned that it may have been left out overnight. When I first walked into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was a significant amount of food debris on the counters and food preparation areas. The surfaces where sauces and condiments were stored had not been properly wiped down from the previous night. The salsa, in particular, appeared bubbly, indicating it may have been left out overnight. This is a serious food safety concern and has the potential to make someone sick.
