The location is excellent, and the area is superb. Furthermore, the service from the QBODA staff was very friendly and outstanding. However, the cleanliness wasn't up to par, as the tables were dirty and the floors inside and outside were sticky and dirty. I hope they can improve in this area soon, because the venue and service have great potential. The view to the lake is fantastic, as well.
Can someone please explain why employees are so afraid to ask people to wait? Today i walked in during dinner hours and was met with a long line. To my dismay when i ordered I got the smallest portion I had ever gotten at qdoba. I fully understand when there is a line behind me and when food is low the employees don’t want to make more, but don’t ration. Ask me kindly to wait while you make more food.
