6 o'clock dinner hour on a Sunday. 1 person working the line, and 1 person sitting down in a chair at the register offering no help. Line is backed up. They are completely out of salad, and gave me the last 3 shreds of peppers and onions (for my veggie bowl I might add) that I paid full price for... because they are out of those as well. This is only my second time at qdoba, and it will for sure be my last.
Great customer Service Would be Back.
Online orders only? I like your food at most locations, but I'd rather just cook it myself. Bring back the service industry.
The workers were very polite except their manager was extremely rude to them and customers. No matter what an employee does you should never speak to them the way she was while customers can hear. She was also telling them to put less in a bowl. I understand portion control, but I finished my less than half filled bowl and was still hungry. I will not be returning to this location.
