ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. Was running a BOGO promo but wasn’t staffed or at least wasn’t prepared. Order was supposed to be ready at 7pm but there was a crowd of people all waiting for preorders while people walking in and ordering were getting food. Order was marked as “completed” even though I had no food and was told I couldn’t cancel. Ridiculous
Highly don't recommend this place if there is a BOGO OR ANY KIND OF PROMO. I have been sitting here for almost two hours to get a order that I ORDERED online while the people in line WHERE GETTING THROUGH LIKE A BREEZE. Figured out a better system better yet don't take online orders if you are so far behind. This is ridiculous. Do better.
Waited 90+ min for a Togo order. Very slow. Asked multiple times to cancel or asked where our order is and they didn’t hurry the order. Go to a different Qdoba.
Went today and had a very rude experience from the staff. Guac and queso are included but they wanted to give me a miserable small scoop of guac and wanted to charge me for anything more than that. I’ve been going here for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. So unfortunate.
