Weighted for 10 min with nobody in the restaurant and an employee hid in the back sweeping. There were three parties in line all trying get someone's attention. When I approached her to ask if someone could help us she said she would be there in a few minutes. What a joke for service!
Guy serving food didn't have a hat on and had a head full of hair.
We picked up our tacos as soon as they were set on the counter, and we only live five minutes away — but the food was already cold. The steak was tough and rubbery, and the tortillas fell apart immediately, so I had to eat everything with a fork. There was barely any guacamole, and for the $18 price, the quality just wasn’t there. I don’t understand the hype, and I won’t be returning. Chipotle has consistently served me warm, better-prepared food for less.
Absolutely adored the service I received yet again from Kaleena. Kaleena is a wonderful worker and provided amazing customer service and experience. She’s very kind and approachable as well as quick. Will definitely be coming back.
i work in the area and frequent this Qdoba location specifically. I have been going there at the very least 1 a week for the last year and a half and i have NEVER had an experience like i did today. I went on my lunch break and arrived at approx. 1:35pm. watched the woman in line ahead of me get her service and food no problem by a tall man. there was a woman with short chin/shoulder length brown hair who came to the counter from the back maybe.
