The employee who made my order was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I walked in and stood at the counter while he was standing directly in front of me, yet he completely ignored me. Not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a second.” I don’t think he made eye contact with me even once. Customer service costs nothing. If you’re that miserable at work, maybe it’s time to find a job you actually want to do. ;)

What a joke of a hire. The long hair guy with glasses made groups of people leave as he walked around ignoring everyone and not doing his job. I have a video asking him for service 3 times and all he does is ignore. He spent 5 minutes in the back with the group in front of me and they left. Then he was extremely disrespectful to someone picking up a mobile order. I don’t know what he’s going through but you can’t treat customers like that.
We went into Qdoba on Sir Barton on 6/4/26 around 9 pm to grab dinner. As soon as we stepped through the door, we almost left due to the cast iron pan caked with layers of char and grease that looked like it had never been cleaned, as well as the disgusting grill. We decided to stay due to the time where we met Noah. He made no eye contact or conversation throughout building our meals.
