Oh my god they are so slow, there is no sense of urgency whatsoever from any employee. There were TWO customers in the store including myself at peak dinner hours 515pm and 5 employees I could see all just kind of loafing around. Theres no way it should have taken 5 minutes for someone to get the motivation to come over and "greet" us. Im a former restaurant manager and I have no idea what anyone except for one lady was working the other four were just kind of aimlessly walking around, Im appalled.
My order had gotten a little messed up during their dinner rush. I went back and talked with a manager and they fixed it up for me and was so kind and caring! Amazing service and food. Will be back!!!
We were driving through this town and wanted lunch. We debated about stopping at the Mexican restaurant down the street or here. Unfortunately we stopped here thinking it would be quicker. We got in line and ordered our meals. I also ordered us two cups for water when checking out. With extra attitude I was told "we don't do that".
