Food is usually fresh and hot. The last visit did not meet my expectations. Update: I was contacted by management about my review. They were very concerned about my experience, and offered to comp me for the meal. We went back to the same location. First I would like to call out an employee, Megan. She did not know anything about this, she was very pleasant and friendly, I didn't have to ask her to add anything extra. We got the burrito bowl, and it did exceed our expectations!
