My pool builder purchases and installed their Travertine pavers as a border around my pool 18 months ago. The Travertine is failing. The filler is coming out. There are holes all the way through the pavers and it is scaling. Mike Demore a representative of the company visited the site and acknowledged the stone was defective. He took pictures and a sample back to QDI. One month later and Mike brings my sample back and says they are not replacing the stone nor could he give me a real answer as to way the stone is failing.

Mal servicio me da un precio completo y al pagar me pone otro que porque no estoy en regitro de una compañia te roban y aun asi te atienden mal malo malo no compren mas ahi me dieron precio dematerial a 7.70 sf travertine y cuando boy a pagar 10.22 sf y les preguntas solo hacen caras porque es sus politica de trabajo😡😡😡
