Renovating can be stressful, and many decisions that directly impact the outcome of your build need to be made. Zero after sales service. After getting all my kitchen and bathrooms and laundry done with Q have been left with missing cut outs for the washing machine, gaping hole under the sink and rangehood installed incorrectly due to not communicating with builder. After waiting months without any clear indication of rectification I have had to try fix everything out of pocket.

Trish was so wonderful and helpful with my recent tile selection. I’ve been searching every where for a particular tile I saw online. After numerous calls to other tile suppliers in Brisbane, no one would order me in a single sample tile to view in person! However, Trish was more than happy to organise a sample tile for me and even gave me a couple to take home, for free. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness made my day. I’d definitely recommend QTiles for your tile selection, their showroom is excellent.
