Hired them to do survey and they said they would mail drawings/ report and email them. I have followed up 3 times and never receive anything. I would not recommend no follow through, questioning the results and legitimacy of this company.
10/10! Jerry and Ty were awesome. Local family owned business which is great and most importantly the service was quick and they were patient with any questions I had. I definitely recommend these guys!
Do not use this company. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They were hired to survey my property. I found out years later after my neighbor had their yard surveyed that my survey was done incorrectly causing issues with myself and my neighbor over the property line. I now have (2) decks that are partially on my neighbor's property. They refunded my money for the survey, but refuse to help me further with my issue of having decks that are over my neighbor's property line. I couldn't be happier with the results of my QCM plat survey. QCM was able to accommodate an expedited timeline, and survey results found encroachments for the property I'm purchasing. The surveyor and back-office team were super responsive and supportive. Top notch, highly recommended!
