When I entered a mental health program, I didn’t expect to feel more broken leaving it than I did coming in. The company claimed to care about mental wellness, but their focus seemed to be on diagnosis rather than understanding the human external issues behind why they need services. Staff fine company policy needs to be replaced. QCI base time by MH diagnosis And do not consider outside issue clients face.notgood place if need more therapy .I admit had a good therapist .She aways gave full time but I needed more which she only allowed certain time with clients..Don't call for a REQUEST or it turn to a Complaint by driving Miss Daisy trying Advocate..I am not the type to open up. It's so awesome dating a therapist allison taylor that works there because you know all her clients buisness all their worst fears and mental issues kinda amazing milie has someone like that working there
Front desk needs more training on how to talk to patients, they are very dismissive and unsympathetic and rude. You are working with individuals with mental health complications, be nicer.. don’t be another reason for your patient to feel worse.
