You can't get anyone to answer your call on any extension. Bad for a business.
Horrible I missed my appointment because there is no number for the dentist to verify I am a member of this discount program. I have no time off but no and have wasted my day trying to get a hold of QCD which has an out going message of closed for Thanksgiving and its 12/30/15.
