My nurse who admitted me was great. But the next person I seen said I had a cyst and gave me an antibiotic. Thankfully I went to my doctors bc I actually had lymes from a tick! The q care page actually lists tick bites as something they treat but they can't even identify it. They definitely should have sent me for blood work. My doctor put me on a longer dose bc the 7 days is not long enough for lymes. If this went un treated and I trusted their opinions I would have had lasting side effects. It's more than being shorthanded! It's just sheer incompetence! They never want to do their job and rather ship you across the street for that sweet, sweet ambulance fee money. It really depends on what doctor is on duty for the day as well (in the singular, of course!). The wait is ridiculous for them to tell you they won't help you. Then why go at all? Go see another urgent care clinic. And pray this one shuts down. Don't become a doctor if you're going to phone it in everyday. Nobody needs to tell you lazybones that. The ... read more
I was there for under an hour. They did a fantastic job, got me diagnosed and out the door. Very nice staff and professional.

When I walked in today, I was told an 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. One doctor there for the day, which I was told was the norm. I would never recommend this place for anyone. Thank God, no one was bleeding! I got in a room after 3 1/2 hours, but was still waiting. I got up and left. I hope I owe Nothing! If so, I will appeal. One doctor a day?? That poor doctor, bless her!
