Please avoid this clinic at all costs! The facility smells like urine. I was originally given incorrect test results even when I was in asked for clarification the nurse insisted she was reading the results correctly. When I called again about the prescription another nurse confirmed that I was correct and was given wrong information by the previous nurse. While I was speaking with the provider I felt like I was teaching her about basic healthcare and treatments that any medical provider should know.
