Terrible service. You will never get anyone on the phone and no one will ever call you back. I've had to drive to their office 3 times in the last month to get the needed information sent to my insurance company and they still HAVE NOT done it. This place is TERRIBLE. If you need anything concerning your health GO SOMEWHERE else!
Tested for COVID on 07/10/2020 and was told I would have results on the 13th or 14th and still don’t have any. I personally know people whom were tested here on Monday the 13 and have since gotten their results.
After my hysterectomy, I struggled with lack of energy, focus, trouble sleeping and weight gain. Since I started their hormone replacement therapy program last summer I feel better than I ever have! I’m also down 60 pounds!
RecommendedPulled in yesterday thinking I had come down with the flu for the second time in a month. They ran tests right away and confirmed I had an infection instead. They gave me quick treatment and sent me over to the IV lounge that is located in house. The IV lounge gave me an IV that literally worked wonders. Then I got my prescriptions filled IN HOUSE!!! went in this morning with my son who has the flu. They never called in his medicine. when I called this afternoon they said they would do it right away. never got done. Now they are closed and my son had no meds. I will never go back here again
The Wellness Center where everyone in charge is overweight, they sell Mountain Dew and Cheetos, and said people in charge can be found smoking cigarettes around the building. What kinda wellness center is this.
Staff incredibly rude.. Over charged.
The staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. The IV Lounge is cutting edge, and the B12 injections are fabulous!
