Terrible service. You will never get anyone on the phone and no one will ever call you back. I've had to drive to their office 3 times in the last month to get the needed information sent to my insurance company and they still HAVE NOT done it. This place is TERRIBLE. If you need anything concerning your health GO SOMEWHERE else!
