Easy to install dose everything that it says it would do. Turns on and off when it says. Changes speed when needed great product.
Previously purchased and installed a whole house fan from QC which worked out well. Decided to purchase the QC garage fan, the quality was not up to the whole house fan. The template was not square, the fins that go against the drywall were very difficult to remove, the mechanism to the fire damper did not hold, the electric metal coil was not inserted into the control box. Disappointing after the previous fan was much better.
