I had an outstanding experience with Adam and his team from start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They arrived right on time, were courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. So far so good. Delivery came in 4-days. Install took me about 2 hours. I had to put in an electrical outlet in the process. Biggest challenges were carrying the motor unit up the 10’ ladder and reconnecting the duct to the motor. Turned it on and was shocked how quiet it was. You can certainly hear it. But it’s not much louder than the A/C. And it really pulls the air through. We have been thinking of a whole house fan and the timing was great. Marco walked us through the process and was patient as we analyzed all the details. Install coordination was seamless. The gable fans are a low budget build and over priced. the paint job on the fan is the best part.they went into tight wallet mode after that. 18ga wire for the line voltage!! WHAT!!??? wow!! controller box is nice but the wip they use is 18" TO SHORT. not to mention no gromet in the fan housing so if that plastic flex I mean WHEN that plastic flex rubs into the steel housing...guess what happens next. snap,crakle and pop!
