It's been a week since I placed my order. I have an installer assigned to install a WHF right after placing order. The installer is waiting for the delivery of the equipment to my address before he can schedule the installation for me. However, Quiet Cool said they could only ship it to me after an installation has been scheduled. WTH!! Poor communication here..
This fan is amazing! I love that it installs in between the rafters, unlike other whole house fans. I also appreciate that the fan itself is up and away from the opening in my hallwa,. thus reducing noise. Great product!
This company makes innovative products (whole house fans, attic fans, and Automatic window openers) to help cool down your home without AC. Also to take advantage of cooler nighttime air to cool the house much longer into the day. They are very responsive excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
I recieved it in a timely matter. Easy to hookup and it was easy to pair with my phone. I have seen and felt a noticeable difference in our attic since I have installed it. Absolutely well built. I dont think I'll have any problems out of it. 100 percent worth the money. Our ac hasn't ran as much and it has kept it cool.
