I had good service from both the sales & tech dept. Nico was my salesman and returned my calls quickly. Easy to contact the tech dept. & no waiting to speak to a technician. I've only had my attic exhaust fan one wk. but is working fine. I was unable to download app. using QR code
We had a whole house fan installed about a month ago. Installation too k a couple of hours. Everything has been working well through the recent heat wave. I recently received an email from from our thermostat company telling me we used less than 2 hours of AC in the last month and to check our wifi to make sure it's connected to the thermostat! I see that as great 👍. I like that we're saving money on AC!
My experience with QuietCool couldn't have been better. Nico did a great job talking me through our options and explaining what did and didn't make sense for our house. Due to some unseasonably mild weather this year, we've only used the fan a few times. But I expect to use it much more as it warms up. This is one of those purchases I wish we'd made sooner.
