Joel appraised my house for a legal issue and although there was another appraisal offered to the court, which was $30,000 different, the Judge took Joel's opinion as more accurate and awarded Joel's value of my home. I expected a value somewhere between the two appraisals however his professional work and his honest demeanor in court were more fair and accreditable. It was a big win for me! He was worth every penny.
