Had a few bumps in the beginning, we couldn’t figure out what the issue with my car was, however when it got serviced the first time and still was having problems; after the visit they took care of it the next day and didn’t charge me anything extra ! They were truly super helpful, customer service was great! I recommend! Micheal and Arturo were super helpful and did a great job!
I think it was wonderful that I was greeted by a very pleasant mannered man and that he had one of his workers come out and take a look at my lights to figure out why people were blinking their lights at me when they're driving towards me. Turns out my headlight is out.
Super friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Got my car in and out in about half the time I anticipated!
Absolutely worst workers ever seen they damaged my side skirts on my 50 thousand dollar car because they didn’t jack it up right. Then when I asked for insurance they said they made a claim which they never did. I came again to verify that they actually made a claim and they still didn’t. I try to give grace to places that are busy like this, but I cannot believe the indifference. Called ahead to take it in a 4:30 on a Friday. Takes a look for 10 min and said they need a full day to fully check exhaust. I set an appointment for Tuesday and arrange a ride. Drop it off and got a call asking what needed done, even though I set an appt Friday. I explained and they said only one mechanic in probably can't get to it and didn't.
