Had my oil changed mike Gainey is the best
We had went to get our van fixed. Told them to fix everything to make her run smooth. Fixed a couple of things. Besides the tie rod.... they didn't even tell us it was broken. Was confused why my car was still shaking so I called them to see what I could find out. No call back completely ignored. I gave them a 3 because what they did fix is great. But holding information from a customer is petty.
Stopped a couple of days ago to get a price on getting oil changed and tires rotated. Was given an amount and thought it was very reasonable compared to the dealerships. Took car in today to drop it off and was told it would be about double what I had been quoted. But, unfortunately my ride was there for an appointment and there wasn't time to take it back home. And, I thought the cost was similar to a dealership. But, I checked my previous records from dealers and it was about $30 dollars higher than I had ever paid at Hond... read more
So glad they were open on Sunday and take walk ins! Travis and Steven took great care of us, plugged our tire and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much! GREAT customer service!
