If I could give zero or negative stars I would! Been a patient over 10yrs. I highly suggest stay far away! They don’t care about you or your situation! They never return calls. No communication with the dr and the other provider. I am still waiting for my call back from my appointment last week. Being such a critical part of medicine you would think they would operate differently. I assure you that you’re not a patient you’re a number! I’m only giving 2 stars because the response time is absolutely ridiculous and pretty much neglectful considering this is a psychiatrist office. I called over 10 days ago and left a message and never heard back from anyone and nobody ever answers the phone. The only good thing about this office is Dr.Qasim himself but good luck getting in to see him or ever being able to talk to him let alone anyone in the whole office.
Dr. Qasim and the rest of his practice have done outstanding work for me. They have met me in many ways more so than they needed to. It’s reassuring to have a practice feel like they’re invested in my well being.
I have learned that it’s in me when I run out of meds. I communicate with Qasim and his team since I was 21. The wait time is usually bad. My call backs has been, as stated in the voicemail, within 24 hrs . Donot call twice as this may delay a response “ that’s pretty evident. Your gonna have bad reviews but since I have been with Qasim I have had my experiences with medication, on which I could control. It’s not a good practice to only allow busy people that need their medicine to leave a voicemail regarding prescriptions to only do so during business hours. I called Friday morning to get my medication filled, got tied up and unable to call back because the office won’t call YOU back regarding what you need, and now it’s Saturday and I’m out of 2 of my meds with nobody in their office. Frustrating to say the least
