DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! I saw him for years, he has become neglectful, his office staff is horrible. He needs to retire. I was calling for over a week with serious medication side effects, no response. Finally I get to my appointment day today and they call early and cancel. Neglect is a serious thing, quit milking peoples insurance for money when you don't care enough about your patients to even give them a call back or what happens to them after you throw random medications at them.

This is the worse doctor office ever, it is completely impossible to get in contact with anyone. Everytime I call it rings 3 times and then goes straight to voice mail. I call first thing in the morning and constantly throughout the day and they never pick up the phone. I can't just go to the office as I will never make it during my work hours unless I take time off. I understand that prescriptions considered “controlled substances” are regulated by a system not entirely handled by the office… However, calling the office just to be sent to voicemail (every time), so that the script can be filled when the office finds the time, only for it to then be delayed by the pharmacy? I’ve found myself 7+ days without medication nearly every time. It’s a very frustrating experience. Any other doctors office at least answers the phone during work hours. Rather avoidant for a psychiatric office…

If I could give zero or negative stars I would! Been a patient over 10yrs. I highly suggest stay far away! They don’t care about you or your situation! They never return calls. No communication with the dr and the other provider. I am still waiting for my call back from my appointment last week. Being such a critical part of medicine you would think they would operate differently. I assure you that you’re not a patient you’re a number! I’m only giving 2 stars because the response time is absolutely ridiculous and pretty much neglectful considering this is a psychiatrist office. I called over 10 days ago and left a message and never heard back from anyone and nobody ever answers the phone. The only good thing about this office is Dr.Qasim himself but good luck getting in to see him or ever being able to talk to him let alone anyone in the whole office.
