Would have been lower score but I have not had time to get to know staff. Had a 1p appointment and was called to back promptly. After nurse check, was told that doctor would be in shortly. Staff member then came in and offered me snacks - should have known something was wrong or there was a catch. I was left in the exam room for roughly an hour and fifteen minutes. The staff was friendly and Dr Cheema was very knowledgeable and understanding. I felt Dr Cheema really cared about my health.
