I spent more than a bit of money to get this blood pressure monitor that connects to my phone wirelessly. It won’t connect. The company won’t let me log into my account, and when you go to add feedback or request support, it says that it doesn’t accept feedback at this address. I think these guys are just a big scam with outdated technology and ZERO customer service... There is no way through their whole website for a regular old human customer to get customer service. This company stopped supporting its smart scale software out of the blue. I tried every means I could think of to communicate with them, and they've not responded at all.
I ordered December 9. 2024, I haven’t received it yet! The customer service information leads to nowhere! I had my bank dispute fraud and they just now came back and charged my account again for items I still have not received. I’m at this point very very displeased to say the least!
Customer support doesn't exist. Tried to contact support, their webpage fails to load. Tried sending email to support@qardio.com and that fails too and gets rejected. They've basically failed to maintain website to ensure customers can contact them or are they now out of business and don't want to hear from customers? What's up with this? So disappointed.
Throwing my Qardio Bas 2 scale out. It gets stuck on one weight and never changes. Junk and a waste of money
