I recently had to put my horse down. I contacted QAR to come and pick him up. The driver named Bud showed up at my house and was very unprofessional. He acted like I had ruined his day because my horse did not die in a spot that was helpful for him. This individual has no people skills or compassion when it comes to dealing with someones lost animal.
