I visited Qahwah House in West Bloomfield with a group of six, and the service was incredibly disappointing. We ordered a teapot to share, but the staff refused to provide six cups. They insisted we had to order at least two pots, which would have been way too much tea for us. Instead of being helpful, the employees were extremely rude and shifted the blame, claiming the owner forced them to enforce this "rule." It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge us. Amazing atmosphere, great suggestions!
Perfect location, great ambience, clean and classy. A lovely coffee shop to relax and enjoy a cuppa, meet up with friends. I usually have an iced pistachio latte with a bit of matcha...they make it to perfection and it tastes great every single time. Bravo!!
